Shipping
At The Modern Muse, we currently offer standard USPS and DHL shipping options for all domestic orders within the USA. The shipping rate is calculated based on the weight of the package, and delivery times typically take 3-4 days after order processing and fulfillment. After allowing 2-3 days for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays), your order will be fulfilled within 1-2 days, and a tracking number will be generated and sent to you via email for easy order tracking.

Returns Policy
We strive to provide you with the best possible products and shopping experience. If, however, you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of your receipt of the item. To initiate a return, please send an email to support@themodernmuse.co with your order number and pictures of the defective item.

Return Process
Once we receive your return request and review the item, we will send you an email with further instructions. As long as the item is unworn and unwashed, we will approve the return and offer either a replacement item or store credit, based on your preference. Please note that at this time, we do not offer cash refunds for returned items.

Return Shipping
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, once we receive the item and approve the return, we will cover the shipping for the replacement item.

Non-Refundable Items
Please note that mugs and mousepads are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, if you receive a defective or damaged hat, we will be happy to accept the return.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
We provide a tracking number for all shipped orders, so you can easily track your package's progress. However, please understand that once the package is in the hands of USPS or DHL, we have no control over the postage services. In the rare event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, we recommend contacting your local USPS office or DHL carrier with the provided tracking information. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.
